From the East take Interestate 78 West to exit 17. Proceed on Route 31 North for 10.6 miles to traffic light in Washington. Continue straight, crossing Route 57, and proceed North on Route 31, up a hill approximately 7/10 mile to Essex Road. Turn right onto Essex Road and proceed 2 blocks to the entrance to Valley View at Washington.
